| Dr. Mark Lassiter is from Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from the Northside High School of Performing Arts. He attended Georgia State University where he was Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity president as well as a new student orientation director. He graduated from Pfeiffer College in 1991 with a degree in Biology. | ![]() |
| Dr. Lassiter attended the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry where he was on the selection committee to decide students to be accepted as candidates for the Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at UNC. Dr. Lassiter earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from UNC- Chapel Hill in 1995. He has been an associate at the Norwood Dental Clinic since 2000. Dr. Lassiter is married to his wife Karen and has five children; Mark, Greyson, Will, Jay, and Treece. Dr. Lassiter's favorite past-time is music. He is a singer-songwriter who has had one song placed in an independent film called "Baggage". He also won a runner-up award from American Idol Underground for his song "Leave the Darkness". Dr. Lassiter is very excited about living in and serving the community of Norwood as a general dentist for many years to come. |
